Silk Soiree is the latest single from my upcoming full-length album Two Moons, set for release in February 20, 2026. This marks my second collaboration with UK-based multi-talented electronic music producer Paul Simon Elliott, following our first single Walk the Fame, released on May 28, 2025.

The track was born in early 2024 during a fully improvised jam session at home. I began by layering my guzheng over a simple electronic sound bed I had created. Jazzy chord progressions intertwined with free-flowing melodies, carrying raw emotions straight from my heart through my fingers to the strings — tender yet untamed.

When Paul infused the piece with his heavy, avant-garde electronic beats and textures, the music blossomed into something silky, emotive, and fluid. Silk Soiree unfolds like the soundtrack to an elegant evening gathering — smooth as flowing silk, sophisticated in its poise, and alive with a vibrant energy steeped in cross-cultural allure.This is where tradition meets experimentation, and where guzheng strings dance effortlessly with cutting-edge soundscapes.
